Every batch of Harlo gelato is made from scratch, using traditional Italian methods and real, quality ingredients. Never bases, mixes, or shortcuts. It's an authentic, handcrafted approach that delivers the rich flavor and silky texture true gelato is known for.

No Flavoring

We never use artificial flavoring or extracts to fake a taste. Every bite delivers pure, natural flavor straight from real, wholesome ingredients nothing artificial, nothing imitation.

No Coloring

You won't find artificial dyes or coloring agents in anything we make. What you see is exactly what nature intended. Natural color from natural ingredients, free of synthetic additives.

Small Batch

We have a small factory in Cape Town where we churn in small batches, giving our gelato makers hands on control over every step from ingredient selection to churning to freshness. It's a slower, more deliberate process that lets us prioritize flavor and craftsmanship over volume.
